NZFMM 2009 Christchurch Convention and Exhibition
The 2009 Biennial meeting of the New Zealand Federation of Meccano Modellers was held during Easter 2009 in Christchurch. The venue was the Great Hall of the Christchurch Arts Centre located centrally in the city.
The prizewinners, voted on by the exhibitors, were:
1. The NZ Senior Trophy to Selwyn Bluett of MWT Club for his Telescopic Crane.
2. Second Prize to Les Megget of Auckland Meccano Guild for his Mercedes Truck and Steelbro Sidelifter Trailer.
3. Third prize to Graham Jost of Melbourne Meccano Club for his Braiding Machine.
